The Revolutionary War in Long Island City!

Featured are important sites within our community form the Revolutionary War period. The focal point is the door form the Jacob Blackwell House in Ravenswood, c. 1730, defaced in 1776 by a British soldier with the symbol of the arrow signifying the rebel home was confiscated.
