See some of the highlights of Sugar Hill, including a staircase leading to Coogan’s Bluff, the oldest surviving residence in Manhattan, and the oldest Harlem River pedestrian crossing — which was just revived three years ago from utter ruin and decrepitude.
Meet 12 noon, 155th Street C train station at St. Nicholas Avenue on the northeast corner at the Dunkin’ Donuts.
